Change / Training Manager
New York, NY
12 months- onsite position
W2 rate - $79-82/hr - THIS IS NOT CTC, THIS IS W2 ONLY
This resource will manage the strategy and delivery of change management, communications, and training for a global operation
Qualifications:
- 5 years experience managing and delivery strategies for change in a large organization
- 3 years in a banking/financial institution
- 5- 7 years’ experience developing training and change management strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively drive change and influence the adoption of new ideas
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must have strong experience in change management, including end to end change adoption and cultural alignment of transformation priorities (for example, PROSCI ADKAR change management methods.)
- NICE TO HAVE: PROSCI Certification or any relevant certifications
Salary : $79 - $82
