Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join their finance and accounting team as a Licensure Assistant. This role provides essential support to the accounting department by performing various administrative tasks, including filing, form completion, and document scanning. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting jurisdictions, monitoring payments and invoices, and assisting with administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
- Contact jurisdictions to investigate licensure requirements
- Complete and file various forms
- Scan documents and maintain accurate records
- Monitor payments, invoices, and check requests
- Pack and ship sensitive documents
Requirements:
- 1 years of clerical or administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work on-site 5 days a week
- Valid Driver's License and own vehicle
