JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is looking for a Client Services Coordinator to support a retail client in Beaverton, OR. As a Client Service Coordinator, you will be on the front lines of support, intaking all communication from the team and their clients. This will focus on image readiness and asset sharing inquiries from clients across the globe. You will utilize reports and studio production systems that help support the business, from inbound tracking to image coverage, and ad hoc inquiries to help understand business opportunities. The position will also work with external studio vendors on support and with internal studio to fulfill production needs. The main photo studios that this role will support, sit in Los Angeles, New York City and Shanghai. This role will support anywhere from 15-25 requests per day and using a variety of systems to resolve issues, although most communication is through email.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2 years additional experience in lieu of degree
- Outstanding interpersonal skills: must always display patience, have a sense of humor and a helpful attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to anticipate the needs of clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to exercise a high degree of professionalism
- Self-motivated, results oriented, well organized with an ability to prioritize
- Comfortable with in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, working on tight deadlines
Compensation:
$32/hr to $35/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
