Salary: $100,000 - $130,000
Day to day-
The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on compensation programs within our healthcare system. This role involves ensuring that our compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our organizational philosophy and goals. The Compensation Analyst will work closely with leadership and HR teams to support the development and implementation of compensation strategies that attract, retain, and motivate our workforce.
Must Haves-
- Over 5 years of experience in compensation analysis, including two years within educational or government environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clear and concisely
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
