Must Haves-
· 5 years of experience in compensation analysis, including two years within educational or government environments.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clear and concisely
· Bachelor's degree in any field
· Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
