Position Summary : The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction related to the build out of an administrative building at a combined cycle powerplant in South Georgia. Responsibilities include :
- Lead Construction Management for Assigned Projects
- Interface between client Project Manager and Plant Personnel with all project field activities
- Safety Leader / champion for assigned projects
- Initiate / own incident management process for capital projects in conjunction with Effingham Operations Leadership
- Interface between contractors and owners engineer
- Project development functions
