What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Project Scheduler position at Insight Global?
Insight Global is working to identify a Project Scheduler to join the team of a commercial construction client local to Charleston, SC. This individual will be responsible for developing construction schedules for commercial projects from scratch utilizing Primavera P6. They will be analyzing drawings and specs to create detailed project schedules including activities, logic relationships and durations. There will be bi-weekly standups to update the project teams on progress and current status, and they will be performing site visits to monitor project performance as well.
This is a direct-hire, onsite position in Charleston, SC. Hybrid and remote candidates cannot be considered.
Requirements
- BS in Construction Management or Construction Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years as a Project Scheduler or 5 years in Construction Project Management with a passion for managing construction schedules
- Proficiency in Primavera P6
- Strong understanding of commercial construction project scopes.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Advanced ability to assess project progress and resolve scheduling challenges.
Compensation
$70k-110k annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
