What are the responsibilities and job description for the Content Designer position at Insight Global?
Day to Day:
A client of Insight Global is looking for a Content Designer to join their team. This person will be responsible for collaborating with both POs and fellow designers to deliver and design products within the content space on ADPs multitude of shared products. They will also be heavily involved in determining content strategy aligned with business objectives and user journeys. They will primarily be working within the market team to support large client products.
Must Haves:
- 5-10 years of experience as a content designer
- Strong writing/editing skills
- Writing content for various platforms such as websites, landing pages, product descriptions, app interfaces, etc.
- Figma experience
- B2B/enterprise experience
- Experience in the financial/healthcare/banking industry highly preferred
- Strong understanding and experience writing and designing on across platforms -Desktop, mobile, etc.
- Strong experience using different design systems
- Writing, tech, etc.
- Experience working in information architecture
- Designing the structure and organization of content
- Understanding of process fundamentals
- Understanding of human research
- Candidate must be comfortable conducting their own human research studies to drive their content designs
