Your role, your impact

As a designer, learning content, you will design and develop learning solutions to create a positive end-user experience to achieve our business goals. You will play a key role in the success of our business applications change management and training initiatives by creating instructor-led training (ILT) solutions, self-help resources, and self-guided learning content in accordance with all internal and client objectives.

Your day-to-day

• Analyze, design, develop, implement and revise instructional content solutions, including eLearnings, Videos, Modules, Courses, etc.;
• Work with the change management consultants to define training content needs in detail and develop specifications;
• Create and deliver instructional materials in a timely manner while adhering to project timelines and scope;
• Manage solutions, records, documentation, etc., in accordance with internal and client requirements;
• Use creativity to manage ad hoc situations without hesitation;
• Communicate with clarity, precision, and influence;
• Deliver learning content clearly and confidently;
• Actively comprehend learner needs and adjust to support those needs;
• Identify, measure, and evaluate learner competence and results.
  
  

Keys to your success

• Bachelor’s degree;
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in learning and development or in industries such as manufacturing, higher education, marketing, etc.;
• Ability to develop and deliver training presentations and materials, with attention to the principles of Adult Learning Theory;
• Technologically savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly for training purposes;
• Willingness and desire to learn how to create video training content and be in front of a camera;
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to effectively communicate within a team.
  
  

Extra edge

• Experience with MS Dynamics 365 (FO/CE);
• Basic level knowledge of video creation.
