About the Role:
As a key member of our Insight Global team, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and representing our company with professionalism and courtesy.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide information concerning services to customers and employees
- Receive and answer requests for information in a timely and accurate manner
Hours of Operation:
Monday-Thursday: 7:00AM-3:00PM
Friday: 8:00AM-2:00PM
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 2 years of experience as a receptionist in a corporate environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Personable and approachable with a customer-focused mindset
- Demonstrated awareness and attention to detail
Nice to Have:
- Additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
- Experience with SAP
- C-Cure experience (Security Management)
