You will be a strategic partner to business stakeholders at every level of the organization (entry level to C-Suite) through onboarding, performance reviews, and organizational effectiveness. - 5 years in human resources or related field with a track record of being a strong business partner to corporate functions
- Hospitality or retail industry experience
- Strategy-orientated - ability to understand what resonates with different people and pivot accordingly null
