A leading company in Woodland Hills seeks a Digital Asset Manager Leader to oversee the DAM/Metadata teams. This individual will have two direct reports, each responsible for a specific team: DAM and Metadata. These teams support image metadata for marketing web and print campaigns. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with DAM and Metadata, enabling them to make strategic decisions and guide the teams effectively.
The role will involve attending daily standup meetings, meeting with the creative studio, and guiding print/web workflows (20%). Additionally, 40% of the time will be dedicated to process efficiency, working with stakeholders to establish strong processes and workflows. They will likely investigate Workfront, identifying ways the team can leverage it to enhance processes, automation, and more.
Another 20% of the role will focus on exploring AI and its applications within Adobe modules and other technologies to improve efficiencies, ensure metadata accuracy, and enhance automation capabilities. The selected candidate will be responsible for translating AI research possibilities into pitch decks, aiming to implement better automation and content creation in partnership with the creative studio.
Payscale: $50-$65 per hour, commensurate with seniority.

Key Requirements
- DAM and Metadata experience, including implementing CDM for imagery

- 7 years of experience with DAM systems and metadata, with increasing supervisory duties over time
