What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Marketing Analyst position at Insight Global?
Day to Day :
One of Insight Global's hospitality clients is looking to hire a hybrid digital marketing analyst to join their team in Orlando. The candidate will be responsible for supporting all email and SMS initiatives. They will execute high volume / data driven email campaigns for specific brands as well as mobile messaging campaigns. Majority of their day will be client facing, so making sure he or she is comfortable speaking with external vendor partners along with internal leadership key. They will also be responsible for helping out with campaign deployments making sure the correct target audiences get identified for each brand.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Website and Mobile App Enhancements & Maintenance
- Works with stakeholders to meet web and mobile app enhancement timelines and deliverables
- QA and validate web and mobile app enhancements to ensure quality guest experience is delivered
- Monitor pipeline of issues to ensure progress towards resolution with team members across the organization
- Monitor web and mobile app enhancement performance and share learnings
- Provide insights, recommendations and test & learn opportunities from website and mobile app analytics, partner feedback and brand fiscal year objectives
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, digital marketing
- Segment Targeting or Audience Targeting Experience
- Pulling email and SMS metrics and creating meaningful content / campaigning
- Great Excel skills (V-Lookups / Pivot Tables)
- 3-4 years of experience working with web and mobile app
- Solid understanding of web and mobile app design including its limitations, challenges and opportunities (e.g. user experience)
REQUIRED SKILLS :
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
