We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing & E-Commerce to lead our B2B and B2C marketing efforts, drive e-commerce growth, and enhance the patient experience. This role will begin with hands-on digital marketing responsibilities in the first year and transition into a strategic leadership role, building a small team in subsequent years.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Growth (50%)
- Develop and execute B2B & B2C marketing strategies to increase transactions.
- Manage paid ads, SEO, email, content marketing, and conversion optimization.
- Improve branding, patient communication, and provider engagement strategies.
- Track and optimize marketing KPIs, CPA, and conversion rates.
E-Commerce Expansion (40%)
- Grow website traffic from 150 to 2,000 visits/month.
- Drive 5–10% conversion rate on site traffic.
- Improve UX, A/B testing, and customer acquisition funnels.
- Oversee website updates, SEO, and CRM/email automation.
Customer Journey & Internal Communications (10%)
- Enhance patient experience through branding & communication.
- Develop staff training materials and company performance dashboards.
- Lead weekly goal-sharing via digital media (emails, TV displays, Slack, etc.).
Leadership & Team Development (Year 2 )
- Manage contractors/agencies within your first year
- Hire & lead 1–2 team members within year 2
- Build scalable marketing systems for long-term growth.
