What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Payroll position at Insight Global?
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-Background in corporate accounting (must have strong understanding of financial processes that lead to the general ledger including GL reconciliation)
-Strong payroll/disbursements expertise in a hospitality environment overseeing high-volume and complex processes (multiple states / hourly staff / tips)
-Experience with an ERP system conversion (Oracle preferred)
-Experience leading and building teams & desire to lead from the front
-Strong examples of using the systems and team to add business value through reporting and analysis
JOB DESCRIPTION
An employer in the hospitality industry is looking for a Sr. Director of Payroll and Disbursements. You will be responsible for a large and complex payroll and disbursements system that spans every state. We are looking for an experienced leader to grow & develop a team of 25 people and create long-term process improvement strategies that add value back to the business. Salary : $180,000 - $200,000
