The Director of Product Management is a key leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the product strategy for modernization and growth. This individual will lead the Product Management team to drive product innovation, portfolio advancement, and strategic alignment with the company’s long-term business objectives. The Director will work collaboratively across functions to ensure product success from conception to delivery, and act as the primary advocate for the division’s product portfolio. With a strong focus on customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning, this leader will ensure the company continues to lead in the industry by modernizing solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations. Key to success in this role is the ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, ensuring that the team executes with agility and focus on delivering exceptional results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
- 8-10 years of experience in product management positions, within a manufacturing environment
- 2- 5 years in a leadership or senior management role
- Ability to travel ~20-30% of the year to vendor sites/ customer locations.
