Electrical Engineer Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team at Insight Global in Princeton, IL. As an electrical engineer, you will be responsible for preparing designs, layouts, and estimates for the installation and maintenance of electrical and electronic equipment in the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques
- Use formal problem-solving techniques to identify and resolve complex problems
- Initiate and manage productivity and cost savings projects
- Implement and maintain process controls through advanced quality planning techniques
- Research, evaluate, justify, and recommend capital equipment for operations
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or Electronics Engineering Technology)
- Demonstrated experience in analyzing and solving complex problems
- Proficient with RS Logix 5000, Studio 5000, AutoCAD, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) software
- Experience with PLC programming and wiring
