Insight Global is seeking a Substation Engineering Standards Manager to join one of our top utility clients at Insight Global. This is a permanent position located in either Salt Lake City, Utah, or Portland, Oregon.
Our client is looking for candidates with :
- 10 years of experience in substation system design and engineering
- 2 years of management experience
- Previous experience working for a utility company
- A B.S. in Electrical Engineering or a related degree
As a Substation Engineering Standards Manager, you will manage a team responsible for developing and maintaining engineering standards for substation assets. This includes collaborating with design engineers, supporting field operations, managing supplier development, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
This position is onsite, offers a full benefits package, and has a salary range of $137,000-$180,000 per year, depending on experience.
