As an Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a critical role in driving our growth by engaging enterprise customers, building meaningful relationships, and generating high-value sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
● Outbound Engagement: Establish initial contact with multiple key decision-makers at target enterprise brands using a multi-channel approach (phone, email, social, events, and video).
● Creative Outreach: Develop compelling, tailored messaging to effectively engage prospects and secure conversations with brand stakeholders.
● Account Qualification: Collaborate with Company's Business Development teams to uncover needs, pain points, and opportunities across retail and digital channels for brands, generating high-value sales leads.
● Target Account Strategy: Approach high-priority brands from Company’s strategic “hit-list” and use creative methods to get a meeting scheduled.
● Lead Generation: Proactively research and identify new potential leads and accounts, leveraging industry insights, competitive analysis, and technology tools to discover untapped opportunities for brand growth.
● Pipeline Development: Nurture opportunities, book meetings, and set up the sales team for success by generating a solid pipeline of leads.
● Leverage Technology: Use tools such as HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and other sales technologies to identify, nurture, and convert target accounts.
● Networking: Attend tradeshows, conventions, and industry events to build relationships and expand your network of prospects.
● Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with the Sales & Revenue leadership team to continually refine outbound sales strategies in alignment with business goals.
● Support Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with external service providers and partners to identify opportunities for brand sharing, co-marketing, and joint initiatives.
● Brand Ambassador: Position yourself as an industry thought leader on social platforms and in meetings, promoting company's expertise in retail, marketing, and brand management.
Required Skills & Experience:
● 3 years in relevant sales or business development roles, with at least 2 years focused on outbound sales to US or North American enterprise clients.
● Expertise in turning unengaged prospects into high-value opportunities through multi-channel outreach and modern sales techniques.
● Experience using tools like HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and other sales technologies to drive pipeline growth.
● Ability to research and identify new leads, proactively uncovering high-value targets for sales and partnership opportunities.
● Highly motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn, grow, and succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
● The ability to pivot quickly in response to changing market conditions and evolving customer needs.
Benefit packages and options will be provided by the client. This is a full-time role on salary for $50k-$80k/year commission.
