Job Description
A client in the semiconductor industry is hiring for a SHE Coordinator to join their team. The focus will be on delivering support to operations on a day-to-day basis covering all aspects of Safety, Health, and Environment, spending most of their time on the operations floor.
-Perform regular safety walks of the operations floor.
-Develop and deploy risk assessments.
-Manage employee PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) programs.
-Assist in preparation and reporting of SHE Key Performance Indicators.
-Help implement new SHE programs, policies, and procedures.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3-4 years experience in a safety role within Industrial equipment manufacturing organization
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to teach, mentor, and train safety protocols and procedures
-Basic understanding of full MS Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Understanding of ISO process
