Day-to-Day :
Insight Global is searching for an EPIC Community Connect Senior Analyst. This analyst will be lead the implementation of EPIC Community Connect projects, including system configuration, testing, and go-live support. They will continuously assess and optimize EPIC workflows and processes to improve user experience and system performance, work collaboratively with clinical and IT teams to identify and resolve issues, and to ensure seamless integration of EPIC systems with other healthcare technologies, maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, workflows, and support procedures, manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion and ensure all EPIC implementations and modifications comply with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves :
- 5-6 years of EPIC experience
- ACTIVE Cert in EPIC Care Ambulatory
- Community Connect Experience
Experience leading multiple medium / large implementations
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plusses :
EPIC skillsets, including development and production support, security, print mapping, and e-prescribing
