What are the responsibilities and job description for the Epic Trainer position at Insight Global?
MUST BE CERTIFIED IN:
Epic Principal Trainer (Ambulatory), EpicCare Ambulatory or PB
◦ Design and develop comprehensive training tracks for Epic Ambulatory, Prelude, and Professional Billing modules, tailored to the unique workflows of Community Connect clinics.
◦ Create end-user proficiency assessments (EUPAs) and other training materials to ensure alignment with operational and system workflows, supporting diverse learning needs.
◦ Build, test, and maintain the Master Training Environment (MST) to accurately replicate production workflows for effective training and system simulation.
◦ Train and mentor credentialed trainers, equipping them with tools and techniques to deliver consistent, high-quality instruction to end-users across clinics.
◦ Facilitate end-user training sessions, providing detailed guidance on Epic workflows to ensure user proficiency and successful system adoption.
◦ Manage training schedules and class registrations within the Learning Management System (WorkDay), ensuring all required courses and assessments are completed on time.
◦ Monitor and maintain training progress and assessment completions, leveraging LMS tools to track user readiness and address gaps in learning outcomes.
◦ Collaborate with operational stakeholders and system analysts to ensure training materials align with current workflows, configurations, and organizational goals.
◦ Update and maintain training materials and curriculum to reflect system upgrades and workflow changes, ensuring content accuracy and relevance.
◦ Provide post-training support and ongoing assistance, addressing user questions, resolving training-related issues, and identifying areas for additional training opportunities.
