Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to corporate leaders at the General Manager level and above.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and events for executives, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and presentations.
- Create and update weekly/monthly reports on projects and activities.
- Coordinate visitor schedules and accommodations.
- Organize and prioritize requests for time with executives in alignment with executive and organizational priorities.
- Develop documents and presentations for executive meetings.
- Schedule travel and support with expense reports for executives.
- Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of projects and activities.
- Provide support to senior executives outside normal business hours as needed.
- Collaborate with other staff within the company to support job functions as needed.
- Manage requests related to office and facility resources.
- Identify and resolve problems, and develop options for problem resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Intermediate to Advanced skill in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience in a fast-paced role requiring multi-tasking and consistent follow-up.
- Excellent organization skills, ability to prioritize multiple activities/tasks.
- Ability to work in a quickly changing environment and manage a quick pace.
- Experience supporting executives in an administration role.
- Ability to travel occasionally, less than 10%.
