What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finance Manager position at Insight Global?
The Finance Manager will play a critical role in supporting commercial teams (Sales, Product Management, and Demand Planning) and provide financial planning and analysis (FP&A) support. This individual will be crucial business partner to Sales and Product Management, providing robust FP&A support, and taking on additional finance-related duties as required. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of financial principles, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and product management teams.
- Manage and oversee the sales funnel and opportunity reporting.
- Conduct pricing activities to identify competitive opportunities.
- Monitor and manage tariff and freight exposure.
- Ensure high visibility within the organization.
- Handle pricing, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
