What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Coordinator position at Insight Global?
Provide data management support for resource planning and forecast / budget reconciliation reporting for IT focused on the business and the acquisition of Hawaiian Airlines
Work with all ITS and E-commerce functional managers and technology program managers to ensure that all project data is up to date and being tracked / reported correctly within the Portfolio Management tool
Track and reconcile individual project work with Smartsheet and Excel
Assist with creating / distributing reports for stakeholders

Minimum 2 years working in Finance / FP&A
Minimum 2 years working in Finance / FP&A
Experience with budgets, tracking resources, and project costs
Intermediate knowledge in Excel and SharePoint
Able to work in an ambiguous environment
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
General familiarity with : PowerBI or Tableau, PeopleSoft Financials, Azure Dev Ops (ADO), SharePoint
Continuous improvement and LEAN experience
