Position: Finance Director
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)
Employment: Full Time, Permanent
Salary Rate: $140k - $170k
Must Haves:
- 5 years of professional experience managing a financial department
- Strong knowledge of FP&A (financial planning and analysis)
- Prior experience in consulting or professional services industries
- Knowledge of M&A (mergers and acquisitions) processes
- Strong data visualization skills with Microsoft Excel, Grow, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
- QuickBooks experience
- Ability to be a highly articulate and motivated problem solver who can report directly to the CEO
- Bachelor's degree
- Must work 3-4 days onsite in Minneapolis, MN

Day to Day:
Insight Global is looking for a Finance Director to join one of our business management and IT consulting clients. This well-spoken and highly analytical individual will be responsible for managing the entire finance department and providing insights on how to increase the client's revenue with strategic planning. They will report directly to the CEO and need to have excellent data visualization skills to create financial dashboards and reports from scratch. A qualified candidate will prior experience working in consulting or professional services industries and in depth knowledge of the M&A process. This is a hybrid position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Salary : $140,000 - $170,000
