Insight Global is looking for a Freight Billing Coordinator to join the team for a leading 3rd party logistics company.

Job Summary : The Freight Billing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing of freight charges. This role involves coordinating with various departments, verifying billing information, and resolving any discrepancies to ensure smooth financial operations.

Title : Freight Billing Coordinator

Hours : M-F 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm – slight flexibility with OT and working hours

Contract Duration : 6-month CTH

Must Haves :

  • Trinium Software Experience
  • Freight Billing (1-2 years of experience)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and process freight bills and invoices accurately and timely.
  • Verify billing information and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and accounting departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
