The Health and Wellness Director will serve as the leader overseeing clinical care and their team at the 23 memory care unit and 79 assisted living unit facility. Duties of the director include assessing resident care level, driving occupancy, reviewing and updating care plans for residents, onboarding, training new hires, etc. Additionally, they will be responsible for developing their clinical staff and maintaining strong relationships with residents.
Requirements :
- LPN or RN in the state of Ohio
- Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role as an LPN or RN
- Excellent communication and culture building skills
