What are the responsibilities and job description for the Help Desk Support Specialist position at Insight Global?
Must Haves:
- 4 years of experience as a Desktop support technician, working with both software and hardware issues
- Extensive experience using a ticketing system, preferably with change management tickets
- Experience working in end user support and with SCCM
- Experience working with VPN setup
- Excellent communication skills
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with assistive technology software such as JAWS, ZoomText, Dragon Naturally Speaking Duxbury, Kurzwell, and Fusion
Compensation:
- $25/hr
- Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
- Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
