Job Description:
Insight Global is looking for an IT Help Desk Technical to join a client in Baton Rouge, LA. This individual will provide internal user support and technical assistance on company-supported computer hardware, software and systems. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide technical support for the company's computer environment and corporate network, including hardware, Microsoft Office Suite, and other business applications, utilize IT ticketing system to manage service requests and log help desk interactions, perform diagnosis, upgrades, repairs, maintenance, and installation of equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance, offer excellent customer support and communication, fostering positive relationships with users, handle administrative duties such as scheduling equipment loaners and organizing shipments to remote sites, and interact with network services. This is an onsite position offering flexible hours. It will be a 6-month contract-to-hire offering a pay range of $20-$30/hour based on experience. Full benefits are offered while on contract.
