Title: HR Generalist III
Location: New Iberia, LA
Rate: $65,000 (depending on experience)
An Insight Global client near Lafayette, LA is looking to hire a level three HR Generalist. This company is building a new manufacturing plant in the area and this person would be on a team of three HR professionals to ensure company HR standards and procedures are implemented at the new facility. In addition this person would be responsible for providing guidance on benefits, payroll, and other HR related issues. Other responsibilities include administering onboarding, offboarding, leave cases and employment status changes. This is a permanent, full-time position.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related
- 5 years of experience in the HR field
- At least 3 years of experience managing HR professionals
- Experience with employee relations including building relationships with plant leadership and line level employees
- Knowledge or HRIS systems - Oracle is preferred
Salary : $65,000
