**Rate: $19/hr** - 5 days onsite in Medley, FL
This position provides support to the Human Resources department, carrying out general office administrative functions that are routine in nature and are performed in accordance with general work instructions and established office practices, procedures and precedents. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The ideal candidate must possess intermediate to advanced communication skills in both English and Spanish, enabling effective communication at various levels within the organization and with outport offices. Proficiency in programs such as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is required, along with a solid understanding of office practices, procedures, and the proper use of office equipment. The candidate should have strong skills in composing and preparing correspondence, reports, minutes, and other written materials with accuracy and efficiency. Organizational and time management skills are essential, with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail.
Additionally, the candidate must be capable of interacting effectively with employees, executives, and the general public, demonstrating well-developed interpersonal skills. The ability to think logically and exercise independent judgment within established systems and procedures is also necessary.
