Position: HR Manager
Location: Bloomington, IN
On-site Schedule: On-site 5 days/week
Duration: Permanent Direct Hire
Salary: $105,000-$135,000
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience as an HR Generalist with a strong focus on recruitment.
- Excellent knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in HR systems (HRIS, LMS, ATS, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment, Hiring, and Retention:
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract and hire top talent.
- Lead and coordinate new hire onboarding.
- Develop and implement retention strategies.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Conduct salary analysis to ensure market competitiveness of compensation packages.
- Oversee compensation structures and tools, including incentive compensation and bonuses.
- Administer employee benefits programs.
- Communicate benefits information to employees.
- Performance Management:
- Administer performance review process.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management issues.
- Talent Development:
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
- Identify training needs and develop professional development programs.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions.
- Employment / Employee Policies and Handbook:
- Develop, update, and enforce company policies and employee handbook.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Manage employee data and records.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Maintain compliance with all employment-related regulations and labor laws.
- Handle regulatory issues and ensure company adherence to legal standards.
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns and complaints
- Conduct investigations and resolve workplace conflicts
- Promote a positive and productive work environment
