Human Resources Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Brookfield, Wisconsin. As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing all aspects of human resources within our organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with our business goals and ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage recruitment and selection processes.
• Oversee employee onboarding and training programs.
• Administer compensation and benefits plans.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Conduct performance management and employee evaluations.
• Support organizational development and change management initiatives.
• Maintain HR records and prepare reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage and resolve conflicts.
• Experience with HR software and systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Brookfield, Wisconsin, 5 days a week.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).
• Experience in the technology or security solutions industry.

Compensation:

$85,000 to $100,000 per year annual salary.
