JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is searching for HRBP to support their client in the Sarasota area. This person will be responsible for overseeing training, being the point of contact for internal employees for HR related questions, participates in annual enrollment and wellness programs, administers rewards and recognition programs and provides guidance on those programs and conduct onboarding for new employees. A successful person in this role is able to work cross functionally in a manufacturing and fast paced environment.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree in business or an HR related field 1-2 years of experience in an HR function in a manufacturing environment Experience running and analyzing HR reports and data. Knowledge of HRIS systems.
Salary : $23 - $28
