A client of Insight Global seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Administrative Assistant to join their team! The ideal candidate will support the HR department with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role involves assisting with onboarding, employment verifications, and maintaining accurate and organized records for a company of 300 employees.
Some daily responsibilities will include:
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing and distributing onboarding materials.
- Schedule and coordinate orientation sessions and training programs.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed appropriately.
- Maintain accurate records of all verification activities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional HR certification or education is a plus
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Duration: 6 month contract with potential to hire
Pay: $18-$21/hr
