Job Title: Implementation Specialist
Location: Hybrid in Cincinnati, OH (2-3 days onsite)
Duration: 3 month Contract with potential to go permanent

Our Client is a leader in providing industry-focused SaaS solutions that connect content and technology. Their unique product set focuses on training and learning management, continuing education (CE), compliance, workforce scheduling, safety management, and more.
We are seeking a temporary Implementation Specialist to support our team with administrative and technical tasks during a temporary leave of absence. This role is expected to last 12 weeks, with a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in the office) in Cincinnati, OH or Tampa, FL.
Required Skills and Abilities
- 1 years of experience working with implementation/onboarding teams, configuring, administering, and managing a software platform, or within a Tier 2 support model for SaaS
- Work cross-functionally to complete assigned implementation tasks
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High-level attention to detail and adherence to established processes
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Preferred Skills and Abilities
- Experience with public safety forms (Fire, EMS, Law Enforcement)
- Familiarity with Salesforce
Responsibilities
- Complete initial configuration of customer sites based on purchases
- Conduct Salesforce account reviews to update and verify customer details
- Grant administrators community access
- Upload customer templates (e.g., rosters, license details, equipment lists, inventory lists)
- Build out customer forms and activities (e.g., vehicle and equipment inspections, training forms)
- Perform platform utilization checks
- Moderate webinars (manage chat, address questions, mark attendance, follow up with customers)

Compensation: $17-20/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
