Rate: $92,016.09k - $111,844.83k per year
Must haves:
- 2-5 years of experience as an industrial electrician (not commercial), troubleshooting and fixing heavy equipment or heavy industrial machinery.
- Coachable personality and team player! Willingness to learn and eager to join a motivated team. A “tinkerer” – someone who likes projects and problem solving.
- Working knowledge of:
- Knowledge and experience with Loop devices, Instrumentation, and motor controls
- Knows how to use different multimeters to perform motor testing and troubleshooting.
- Works well individually as well as on a team
- Experience or willingness to operate in shifts. (work 15-17 days a month, Day shift = 5:45am – 6pm, Night shift = 5:45pm – 6am) “Dupont Schedule”
Plusses:
- Prior Mill experience relevant to the role
- DC overhead crane experience
- ACDC motors, Variable Speed Drives, PLC programmable Logic controls experience
- Has mechanical aptitude and knows pneumatics, hydraulics and welding.

Day to Day:
Insight Global is seeking an Industrial Electrician to join an enterprise Steel manufacturing team in Seattle Washington. This person will report to the Electrical Lead and the Electrical Supervisor in the melt shop. They must be committed to their own personal safety and the safety of others. They are required to troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical systems individually and as part of a team with other maintenance personnel. This person should be able to function well in a high production environment applying a craftsman expertise and acumen.
