- Salesforce experience (configuration and application user experience)
- Maintain/Update/Document processes and compliance controls
- Customize/optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to meet business requirements
- Design/develop/Implement custom Salesforce applications using Apex. Visualforce, and Lightning components
- Troubleshoot/resolve issues related to applications and integrations
- Salesforce configuration (page layouts, lightning pages, profiles, permission sets, dashboards, custom permissions, metadata tables, objects, etc)
- IT PM experience (software related)
- Manages IT projects to endure budget, schedule, and scope of project
- Develop, maintain, and revise proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specs, timelines, funding, and staffing.

Daily Responsibilities:
A leading material handling organization is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join their team based out of Louisville. The intended pay for this role is 80-100K annually. In this role, you will maintain Salesforce documentation, customize and optimize Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds, and develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. You will troubleshoot issues, ensure data integrity and security, provide technical support and training, and handle Salesforce configurations. Additionally, you will manage IT projects, develop and revise project proposals, set and track milestones, and serve as a liaison between IT and other departments on technology-related projects.
