IT Project Manager
Location: Nashville, TN
Schedule: Hybrid (onsite Monday-Wednesday, remote Thurs/Friday)
Duration: We can do a 6 month contract to hire OR a full-time position
This role will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects using both Agile methodologies (primarily Scrum) and waterfall-style project management approaches. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, Agile practices, and traditional waterfall methodologies to effectively manage diverse projects and teams.
The person in this role is expected to be highly organized, helping the rest of the team stay focused on the right things. They must work well in teams as both a leader and teammate, bringing a positive attitude and solid work ethic every day.
Desired Skillet:
- 5 years of IT PM experience
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile tools (i.e.,ADO, JIRA, Trello, Rally) and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on attention to detail and delivering customer-focused solutions.
