Position: Inside Sales Account Manager
Hybrid Remote/Onsite: Kasis City, Missouri, 64153
Pay Rate: $65,000-$70,000 Salary Based On Experience plus Commission,
$4,800 Car Allowance, All Gas and Expenses Paid, 4 Weeks of PTO, 401K Matching

Must Haves:
- 2-3 years of experience selling internationally (working with international sales & clients)
- Previous Sales experience within the Logistics, Supply Chain, Freight Forwarding, or Transportation industry
- Previous B2B Sales experience (experience selling services vs. selling a product is preferred)
- Ability to build new client relationships while maintaining existing ones
- Strong negotiation and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel (additional experience with a CRM system is preferred)
- Previous KPI measurement experience
- Strong business acumen
Plusses:
- UPS or FedEx experience
- Service solution sales, documented B2B sales, or international sales experience
Day to Day:
As an Inside Sales Account Manager and sales professional, you will own a territory and direct the largest, most complex and most strategically significant negotiations, reaching agreements that have significant impact on the company’s bottom line. The person who will thrive in this pivotal role must have the skills to maintain a high-level of customer service with existing customers and leverage relationships to expand business. In addition, the international sales professional will actively monitor and review customer global sales activity and make adjustments to processes and strategies to help the business grow. Entrepreneurial professionals in this role enjoy a generous commission & sales incentive plan.
- Uncover opportunities for new business within assigned territory by cultivating leads and applying your networks
- Design customized presentations to showcase the company’s services to decision makers and close new business
- Build revenue streams with current customers and evaluate opportunities to increase the relationship through: face to face visits, problem solving and administrative follow-up
- Help businesses improve their relationships with customers
- Ensure high post-sale satisfaction and positive long-term relationships
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to improve sales and revenue growth within territory
Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
