iOS Developer

Location: North Haven, CT (remote possibility)

Duration: 3–6-month contract to hire

Job Description:

Insight Global is looking for a skilled iOS developer to help create the Surgeon Selection Tool, an app designed to help hospitals identify successful surgeons for robotics surgery programs. Your main tasks will include developing and maintaining the iOS app, ensuring it works both online and offline while supporting multiple different languages. (English, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese). You'll also create an easy to maintain app architecture, an administrative interface, and implemented tailored questions and scoring algorithms. The app will have basic data and analytics features, with future plans for integration and android development. The ideal candidate should have experience with Snowflake, Swift, UI/UX design, core data, networking, and version control systems like Git. In addition, the candidate should possess core networking concepts along with dealing with reporting tools.

Must-Haves:

• 3-5 years of experience as a proven iOS developer
• Strong user experience specifically within IOS applications
• Usability, Accessibility, Performance, Design
• Developed different applications from scratch (preferably on IOS devices)
• Strong proficiency with iPhone and Ipads
• Creating and developing apps from an OFFLINE setting
• Proficiency with Snowflake
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles

• Background with different tech stacks
• Sharepoint
• AWS, Swift, SQL, Azure, Power BI
• Understanding of different network concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to debug and optimize apps
• Up to date with lates IOS updates, trends and practices
• Experience working with healthcare applications
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
