A wireless sound technology company in Beaverton, OR is looking to bring on an IT Computer Technician to support a multitude of projects and initiatives. This company is responsible for the creation of transmitters and receiver chips for wireless speaker systems. The IT Computer Technician role will provide end user support for internal employees. Working alongside the IT Manager, this resource will be responsible of ensuring all proper software and hardware is accessible, updated and maintained.

Required Skills & Experience
2-3 year of experience as a PC Technician / IT Support Tech / Desktop Support Tech / Helpdesk Analyst / ect.
1 year of experience with troubleshooting hardware and IP troubleshooting
Experience with Linux Ubuntu and Windows 11
1 year of experience using Active Directory; specifically for Group Policies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience working in a Mac environment
Experience working in Microsoft 365 Intune
