This person will be part of the technology team that handles hardware and software procurement and purchasing for school districts across Westchester, Putnam, and Rockland counties in NY. This person will be responsible for tracking requests in the ticketing system que for any purchasing requests. They will utilize an automated financial system called Wincap to create and process requisitions and purchase orders for hardware products to be purchased, and track equipment deliveries and returns. This person will be doing a lot of data entry to document descriptions of hardware products, warranty start and end dates, part numbers, tracking numbers, etc. within Excel. This person needs to be organized and have strong attention to detail in order to be successful in this role. They will also be in contact with customer's leadership, as well as potential vendors, so this person will also need strong written and verbal communication skills. $27-$30 / hr based off of experience
