- Team Organization : Facilitate productive interactions between internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Commission Team Coordination : Develop and implement a structured approach for the commission team to follow, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
- Meeting Management : Schedule and organize meetings, track deliverables, and maintain clear communication with all team members.
- Documentation : Create and manage governance documents from RFPs, ensuring the team is aligned and informed.
- RACI Structure : Implement and maintain a RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) structure to clarify roles and responsibilities within the project.
- Tool Proficiency : Utilize MS PowerPoint, Project, and Excel to create presentations, track project progress, and manage data effectively. Pay rate : 27-28 / hr
