Our Client is currently looking for a Legal Administrative Assistant. Excellent opportunity for a motivated candidate seeking to be involved in legal contracts. Candidates must be organized and detail-oriented.
Job Responsibilities
- Create folders in SharePoint Library -- Legal Historical Finalized Contracts.
- Go to the old contract database for finalized contracts and move them accordingly into the appropriate organized folders in the SharePoint - Legal -- Historical Finalized Contracts folders.
- Take document contract templates and create a template library in Microsoft Word.
- Create matching PDF documents from the template library.
- Create locked forms from the PDF documents with fields in designated sections.
- Upload the locked PDF forms, with the fields into the appropriate folders in the Legal Public Library and provide access as directed.
- Maintain the developed content for the legal department portal, including the front page.
- Respond to business requests for simple filed contracts/documents and templates.
- Work directly with our Beijing office on translated templates.
- Monitor the department's electronic inbox multiple times a day for assignment distribution.
Job Requirements
- Legal administrative background is preferred.
- Knowledge of electronic document management.
- Knowledge of contracts.
- College or extensive business experience is preferred.
Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
