Legal Administrative Assistant
We are searching for a full-time Legal Administrative Assistant in the Real Estate Department to work in our client's office in Red Bank, NJ.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of legal administrative assistant experience required;
- Knowledge of Real Estate documents and procedures;
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite– Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Kofax Power PDF;
- Must possess the ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; and
- College degree a plus.
Salary range is $55K-$80K depending on experience.
Salary : $55,000 - $80,000
