Hiring a Clinical Supervisor (LCSW) in Santa Ana, CA ONSITE 5 days a week! This is a Permanent Salaried role supporting an outpatient mental health/wellness organization for the youth of Orange County, CA that's been around for 50 years!
Clinical Supervisor:
Must Haves:
- Full-time availability Mon-Friday onsite
- Must be Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) only
- Ability to provide our Associate Clinical Social Workers (ACSW) Clinicians with their hours for licensure
- Must be 2 years post licensure with the Board of Behavioral Services (BBS)
Preferences:
- Familiarity with medi-cal documentation/clients
- Has clinically supervised before
- Has worked with our population (up to age 21)
- Certifications or trainings in evidence-based practices (EBPs)
- Bilingual Spanish
Other Notes:
- Rate starting from $98,600
- This role does not have direct reports, this position exclusively will clinically supervise associate level clinicians
- This role may carry a small caseload between 2-5 clients, this role does not have productivity requirements
Great Benefits and Annual Compensation: $98,600 - 100,000 (based on experience)
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law in the state of employment.
