Insight Global is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join a leading 3rd party logistics company. This individual will be handling all inbound/outbound activity related to billing, documentation labeling, shipments, etc.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1-3 years of customer service/data entry
- Logistics/dispatch/transportation background
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Strong professionalism
- Demonstrated longevity and commitment to a long-term role
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage LTL shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of bulk goods.
- Efficient data processing of all outbound orders
- Scan BOL's/COA to clients/consignee as needed
- Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to arrange transportation and resolve any issues that arise.
Compensation:
$24.50/hr to $26.50/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
