About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support one of our top residential construction clients growing team. You will play a key role in executing our clients marketing communications plan, focusing on understanding the homebuyer profile and implementing strategies to effectively target this audience. This role requires a blend of creative design skills, project management abilities, and a solid understanding of the home-buying industry.
Responsibilities:
- Website & Digital Content Management: Maintain and update community pages on brand websites, ensuring accuracy and providing compelling creative assets (photos, videos, copy, announcements, and inventory listings).
- Targeted Advertising: Customize ad templates for local markets, incorporating specific calls-to-action and offers, while adhering to legal guidelines and securing necessary approvals.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for individual communities and the division, including communication with realtors.
- Marketing Materials: Order and manage creative assets for communities (e.g., room designers, virtual tours, interactive floor plans, site amenity maps), and create and order community brochures and marketing collateral.
- Point-of-Sale & Signage: Provide community-level marketing materials, such as displays, flyers, and inserts. Conduct regular audits of community presentations, ensuring consistent branding and high-quality signage, flags, welcome mats, etc.
- Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with third-party vendors for various marketing needs.
- MLS Management: Update and monitor MLS listings in conjunction with the local broker solution (if applicable).
- Event Support: Assist with the coordination and execution of special community events and neighborhood openings.
- Administrative Tasks: Track and process invoices related to marketing plan execution.
- Reporting & Communication: Participate in monthly field calls and the annual marketing summit.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Proven project management skills.
- Experience in the home-buying industry, real estate, or other B2C sales environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in designing e-blasts and other marketing materials using templates (Canva experience is highly desirable).
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation:
$55,000 to $65,000 per year annual salary.
